1. Conduct your own narrative analysis of the interview with Joanna in Box 21.8. You can focus for example on narrative structure, the dialogue that the narrators hold with dominant norms around motherhood, and on the interaction between the interviewer and the research participant.

2. Conduct your own IPA of the interview with Joanna in Box 21.8. Discuss with others your descriptive coding and how you came to generate your interpretative themes. What does your analysis tell you about her lived experience?
