Let us help youHere are some frequently asked questions that will help you use our companion and instructor sites. Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do I access the instructor resources site?If you already have an existing SAGE account, then simply use your current user name and password to logon to the Instructors' site. If you have not created an account, please click on the link for first time users and follow the instructions to establish your account. Please note that it will take 24-48 hours to activate your account. If you have additional questions, please contact customer service at 0207 324 8703 If you get the following errors, please do the following:Error: The file or page you tried to access is only available to signed in users. Sign in below or create an account to access the file. This error just means that you are trying to access a page that is password protected. If you have an account, sign in with your approved email address and password. You will be directed to the instructor resources site. Please correct the following errors: The email address entered was not found. Please try again or create a new account with that email address. If you have previously created an account with us, please contact Customer Service immediately at 0207 324 8703. Please make sure to have your email address ready. If you recently maded updates to your account, make sure to let the representative know. If you have not created an account with us, please enter your email address on the 'New Customers' Email box. The password you entered is incorrect. Please try again or click Forgot your Password? If you don't know your password, click on the 'Forgot your Password' link as directed. You will receive an email with a new password. You should change this password upon accessing your My account page. If you reset your password and still cannot access your account, please contact customer service at 0207 324 8703. How can I find out when a companion site will be ready?Please contact us at 0207 324 8703. They will give you the most up to date information regarding our companion sites. I noticed some issues with some of the companion sites. Who can I contact regarding site problems?We appreciate comments and feedback from our customers. If you notice any errors with any of our sites, please contact us at sitefeedback@sagepub.co.uk. Make sure to add the URL you visited with detailed information of the issues you found. First-time UsersMany of the materials on the instructor site, are only available to Faculty and Administrative Staff at Higher Education Institutions who have been approved to request Review Copies by SAGE. To create an account, please click here. In order to be approved, you must provide your institution and the course that you are or will be teaching. Once you have created an account and you have been validated as a faculty member, you will be able to access the instructor site. Please note: Validation usually takes approximately 24-48 hours to be completed. If you have any questions, please contact SAGE Customer Service at 0207 324 8703 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Returning UsersIf you already have an account with SAGE, log in using the email address and password created when registering with SAGE.
